Re: our evaluation for Krisztian and Brant in Wasaga Beach for Norm and Linda Pollard. We made our first call to Mr. Rooter based on a reference from our son at about 11:00am Dec. 30, 2017. We were given an appt. time of 7:30pm. Although we would have liked them to arrive sooner because of a blocked toilet they were totally professional, arriving fifteen (15) minutes prior to the promised 7:30pm appt. with a courtesy call being made to us 35 minutes prior in which they stated they would be arriving in 35 minutes, which they did at 7:15pm. From wearing shoe covers to keep our house clean, Krisztian and Brant assessed the situation and moved quickly to resolve the issue. By the way their uniforms were very impressive and clean as was their personal cleanliness, speaking well for their respect for their jobs. They also gave us an assessment of the health of all our other sinks, bathtubs and overall plumbing status, even making sure that I (Linda) knew where all shut-off valves were located and being patient for me to write all info down so there were no misunderstandings on my part. Krisztian and Brant cleaned up the bathroom professionally and our house was back in excellent order. This was an excellent job worth 5 (five) Stars Plus!!!!! Thank you. Our technician Sean did a very thorough inspection of the problem which we thought was more complicated than it was. He also sent time with us to explain how the drainage pipes in the basement are laid out and how problems will arise so that we can trouble shoot any obstacles in the future. He meticulously detailed on the bill exactly what the problem was, and what he did to get rid of the blockage in the drain. Very personable young man.

MR. ROOTER gave excellent service from the moment we called Feb. 12 ( AM) until the service was completed that evening. We were told we'd receive a call after 3 PM to tell us a tech would be coming. 3:30 PM..received a call that tech would come in an hour or so… Atr 4:30… We received a call that he was on his way. SEBASTIEN arrived around 5:30 and was very professional and knowledgeable during the the whole procedure. He explained everything and kept my husband well informed. He showed him the inside of drain and the reason why it had plugged. He is a very nice young man and you should be proud to have him in your employment. We would highly recommend MR. I wrote an earlier review but I cannot locate it….Please forgive me if you see two of them. Mr Rooter came twice for two different services and we had the privilege of having Charlie on both occasions. Charlie has a vast knowledge and broke everything down and made things easier to understand. We were given options and were left with zero surprises of how much it would cost. The prices were reasonable. You pay for quality…You get quality! The flat rate approach is nice to have and left us at ease. The prices are reasonable and there is no watching the clock because you are worried about paying the plumber by the hour. Appropriate covid measures were taken. The costumer service department on the phone was efficient and was a pleasure to deal with. The first visit was a secondary water main repair and a water valve repair to a toilet and a new toilet installation. The second repair was a shower faucet and leaking pipe problem. I like how the quote and work order is all sent through via email . I think there are other options. We opted to take the one time fee discount plan. It takes a percentage of the original quote and you get other things but It's best to discuss the details with the folks over at Mr Rooters office. We will be calling them again if we have a problem. Thorough installation job done in a difficult spot and the plumber was very freindly. Price was also competitive for the level of difficulty, installing the fawcet and shut off for the garage in the rafters of the bacement ceiling.

Excellent service and quality repair! Had a broken main trap just inside the foundation. Guys were in the day after receiving the quote and approving it. Repaired the main drain and corrected the existing plumbing job doone by the previous homeowner that caused the issue in the first place. Would highly recommend.
