As a senior I was a little wary about having a plumbing company come into my home as I have never had to call a plumber before. The lady on the phone set my mind at ease and made me feel comfortable. The plumber came out on time, very clean looking, and was very nice too. He gave me a price upfront for replacing my toilet as it was old and had a crack and then did the work as agreed. I was very pleased with this company, very professional and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a plumber. The plumber I had was Shaun, thank you for your services!

On Sunday Morning, I was pleased to see the Mr. Rooter truck pull up my driveway, an actual half hour early. The technician, Ron, greeted me with a smile and a firm handshake and nodded attentively as we reviewed the areas of my basement affected by a small sewage backup. He reassured me that he would be able to identify the problem in short order, would likely be able to remedy the problem today and set me out on a maintenance program to prevent this from recurring in the future. I selected the Premium package with the Hydro-Scrub option, to ensure that I was taking every step possible to mitigate this situation. Ron set up his equipment quickly and went straight to work. He invited me to review the video with him as he identified the type and location of the blockage, and then proceeded to clean all the drain pipes. We then reviewed all findings and were able to complete all paperwork and payment within a few minutes. Very efficient. We are very pleased that we called Mr. Rooter; our anxiety about our drain pipes has been replaced with confidence. And I can say without reservation that Ron is a friendly, articulate, capable and knowledgeable technician who represents his company exceedingly well. Thank you, Bob

Had a sudden drain clog in my basment and i had called for service. A technician, Isaac Brown, attended shortly after. He was was great to deal with. Very informative and broke down what was causing the problems. He was also very quick with the service which was great. I would definitely recomend this company and Issac to other people.

I wrote an earlier review but I cannot locate it….Please forgive me if you see two of them. Mr Rooter came twice for two different services and we had the privilege of having Charlie on both occasions. Charlie has a vast knowledge and broke everything down and made things easier to understand. We were given options and were left with zero surprises of how much it would cost. The prices were reasonable. You pay for quality…You get quality! The flat rate approach is nice to have and left us at ease. The prices are reasonable and there is no watching the clock because you are worried about paying the plumber by the hour. Appropriate covid measures were taken. The costumer service department on the phone was efficient and was a pleasure to deal with. The first visit was a secondary water main repair and a water valve repair to a toilet and a new toilet installation. The second repair was a shower faucet and leaking pipe problem. I like how the quote and work order is all sent through via email . I think there are other options. We opted to take the one time fee discount plan. It takes a percentage of the original quote and you get other things but It's best to discuss the details with the folks over at Mr Rooters office. We will be calling them again if we have a problem. Chad fixed two taps in our basement. He was very friendly and as I was curious took the time to show me what he was doing. Probably the most fun I've ever had on a service call. 3 years later… Chad came back to replace another old valve that was leaking and fix a drip on the outside tap. He was very mindful of pandemic protocols and got everything fixed up for us. We were also able to catch up on some 90's Toronto dance music history which made the whole visit fun.

Hey guys, here is my own experience with MR R One day my kitchen sink get clogged and I called other company first and finally I was told I have to knockdown the dry wall which in my basement and I was really disappointed until someone referred me to call Mr rooter. When Mr rooter came the guys name is chad. He is extremely professional, he wear masks uniform and gloves and sanitizer. About one hour later, he solved problems and it’s just amazing! There are no any hidden fee.I really appreciate Mr R and I will definitely refer them to all my friends if they need those service.
