Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

I was very happy with the service provided by Ryan Doering. He was professional and friendly and I felt very comfortable having him here to resolve my plumbing issues. I appreciated that he gave me some options and explained the benefits of each. I was most impressed that he did not make any mess! I would ask for him by name next time, if he’s available.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

We had Mr Rooter come in because of the sewer issues we were having. Yani was given our work order cane out to the house the same day we called which was fantastic as well considering the circumstances with the rain fall that we have been getting. He then explained all the things he will be doing to eliminate all other problems. After that Yani put a camera down our sewer line only to find that it is the same pipes from when the house was built back in 60’s anywho bottom line we found one of our biggest issues in the house our sewer line needs replacing thank goodness a payment is also available for us as well. Thanks very much for all your help Yani we appreciate you and your company. Thanks for looking out for us Josephine / Aaron Scopis

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

We had Jayden come to our acreage and inspect some water that was coming up through our basement floor. Jayden was transparent on everything he was doing. Respectful, on time and courteous. He was so personable and able to relay our issue in terms I could understand. He was able to find a clog in our line and unplug it for us. He then proceeded to recommend best course of action going forward, advice to which we took. I appreciate him and the work he did. He was fantastic to deal with and his knowledge on acreages was an asset. Mr. rooter may not be the cheapest option, but they come with the tools needed to get the job done, and that brings peace of mind. Thank you again, Jayden!!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

I had leaking water meter connections so phoned in and spoke with Amber who was so pleasant and wonderful to deal with. She quickly set up the appointment for me and was patient as I had to coordinate activities with my condo property management and EPCOR. And then there was Austin. I cannot say enough good things about him! He went about the repairs working autonomously, quickly and neatly (he didn’t have the best working conditions I might add), and took the time to answer my questions honestly, and even to pet Bella, our cat, who surprisingly showed a great deal of interest in him—I think she fell in love with him a little bit, lol! If you’re like I was, wondering what to do and who to call, don’t put it off, call Mr Rooter.

Genuine, respectful, and incredibly helpful. I've had them out to more than one property for multiple issues, and I'll keep going back.

  • Rachelle B.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

Has issues with my garburator and decided to go with Mr Rooter due to their high rating. I wasn’t disappointed! I don’t give 5 star ratings very lightly but they were much deserved it. I love that dispatch calls ahead so I was able to plan properly. I have pets so that’s important. They also mentioned that they are pet friendly so they have no issues if they are free roaming if they are friendly. I received a text with the photo of the plumber coming so I could easily identify him, it also helped that he was in uniform. The plumber assigned to job was Adam. He was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me where the issues were, what could potentially fix it once he explored further and pricing options depending on how we proceeded. He involved me in on all the decision process and there were no surprises. He was great! He finished the work and cleaned up. (I think he even left it better than it was when he came!). He was a pleasure to deal with!

Frequently Asked Questions About Emergency Plumbing in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta

If you have plumbing-related questions, talk to the trusted team at Mr. Rooter Plumbing® in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta for more information. Read our ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ below for additional insight into emergency plumbing services.

  • You can’t always expect your emergency plumber callout fee to be a single flat rate that you can expect every time since every plumbing situation can be different. A number of factors contribute to how much you will pay for an emergency plumber, such as their parts and materials, the day and time of the emergency, travel distance, labour rates, and stat holidays. Contact your local emergency plumbing service provider to ask about the likely amount you can expect to pay for their services. Emergency plumbing costs charged to commercial and residential clients differ dramatically among plumbing businesses, often influenced by living expenses and demand in various provinces, municipalities, and cities.

  • You can define a plumbing emergency as something involving your plumbing that has the potential to cause damage, affect health, and be a significant inconvenience if not repaired or remedied fast. You have a plumbing emergency on your hands if your pipe has burst or frozen, your water heater has stopped working, or you suspect a possible water leak. Many plumbing situations can require trained service providers’ expertise, so don’t be afraid to call your local expert for help with an emergency plumbing situation. You can contact highly-regarded emergency plumbing businesses day or night for your plumbing emergencies because many offer 24/7 call answering services for customer peace of mind.

  • Plumbing emergencies like burst pipes, leaking water heaters, and blocked drains require the expertise, tools, and tech of trained emergency plumbing service providers. If you have a plumbing emergency, call your local trusted plumber on their main phone number, an after-hours number, or a 24/7 number. By describing your plumbing issue to an emergency plumber on the phone, you help them gauge the severity of the situation and determine the best response. Plumbing professionals can sometimes recommend calling utility companies and insurance providers if the plumbing issue is severe, involves your main utilities, or could cause damage.

  • Many well-established plumbing companies advertise their services online, so browse the internet to find their contact details for plumbing emergencies, such as phone numbers. If you have a plumbing emergency, find the contact information for a trusted emergency plumbing service provider by browsing through online and paper directories. If you don’t have time to browse the internet for a plumber’s phone number, ask people you know for emergency plumber recommendations in your area. Many of the best plumbing service providers offer emergency plumbing services, but not all do, which means you may need to contact more than one.

  • When you schedule regular system inspections with service professionals and maintain your plumbing systems, you can avoid many plumbing emergencies. Cold temperature-related plumbing emergencies can sometimes be avoided by insulating pipes in the unheated parts of your property as well as in exposed outdoor areas. If you know where your main shut-off valve is and how to use it and can understand other parts of your plumbing system, you may avoid plumbing emergencies and related damage. Stick to only flushing toilet paper down your toilets and pouring water down your drains to avoid clogs and blockages that may become plumbing emergencies.

  • Identifying the plumbing issue, such as a burst pipe or a failing water heater, will make it easier to know how to protect your property from damage and look after the occupants. Turning off the main or localized water supply to your home or a select plumbing system may help you take control of a plumbing emergency. Start cleaning up water with towels, buckets, and containers to feel less stressed and more in control of your home or business plumbing emergency. Your safety is paramount, which is why turning off the power and calling a trusted emergency plumbing service provider are two important actions to take.

  • If you have a clogged toilet you can’t fix, it’s a plumbing emergency – call an emergency plumber in your area for help. Overflowing and blocked toilets can escalate into plumbing emergencies that need immediate attention, as they can quickly cause damage to surrounding areas in your home or business. Because clogged toilets can create major sanitation problems, the associated health risks mean your clogged toilet is a plumbing emergency requiring professional help. Call an emergency plumber for a clogged toilet if you only have one toilet, multiple are affected, or you’re experiencing ongoing clogs.

  • Call a reputable plumbing service provider for your blocked drain if you can’t fix it yourself and it’s affecting your residential or commercial property. A blocked drain can be a symptom of a more serious plumbing problem involving your main sewer line or plumbing system, especially when multiple drains or fixtures are blocked. Standing water and raw sewage are health hazards resulting from blocked drains that require the help of a trusted emergency plumber. If you experience regular drain blockages that lead to continual annoyance and health hazards, contact an emergency plumber to fix the issue before it worsens.

  • Water leaks in homes and businesses count as plumbing emergencies, especially when they’re large, have the potential to worsen, or you can’t fix them yourself. Water leaks with high-pressure water flow can be exceptionally damaging, so call the emergency line of your local plumber. Water leaks can be serious plumbing emergencies in homes and businesses when the water starts damaging walls, floors, ceilings, and other parts of your structures. Any water leaks involving electricity, main water lines, and critical systems like water heaters require the help of a trained emergency plumbing service provider.

  • Tipping emergency plumbers can be quite common when you want your plumber to feel appreciated for working after hours and providing excellent service. You don’t have to tip an emergency plumber; you can show your appreciation in other ways, like leaving a good review, recommending them to others, and writing a thank-you note. There’s no denying that many emergency plumbers do appreciate tips, but they certainly don’t expect them or ask their residential and commercial customers for them.
