Watch "Undercover Boss" on Friday!

If you're not one of the 10.23 million people who watched Mr. Rooter® Plumbing on "Undercover Boss" back in January, you will get a second chance on Friday.

CBS will rerun the episode that features Dina Dwyer-Owens, CEO and chairwoman of Mr. Rooter Plumbing's parent company, The Dwyer Group, Inc. Dina goes "undercover" as Faith Brown. Chris Carlson, executive producer for "Undercover Boss", said our episode ranks among the most powerful and moving episodes of 'Undercover Boss'.

I have to admit, it was great seeing our service technician show Dina the Mr. Rooter Plumbing 14 Steps when he didn't even know she was the CEO and chairwoman of our parent company. We do a lot of training here at Mr. Rooter Plumbing, and I was delighted to see how he followed our systems and shared them with Dina.

If you're not familiar with "Undercover Boss", the two-time Emmy nominated reality show just wrapped up its third season. We're excited to be one the episodes CBS will rerun.

You will get to see how our service professionals wear branded Mr. Rooter uniforms and drive clean, branded vans. You'll also have the opportunity to see the world-class customer experience we deliver.

You can tune it our "Undercover Boss" episode at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT on Friday, Aug. 10.
