I would like to introduce you to Whitney Wyatt, communications manager for Mr. Rooter Plumbing. She recently spoke with a customer, and would like to share his story with you.
"They are the best service people I've ever met in my life." These are the words of Paul Mendez, the first customer of Lori and Jeff Bell, new franchise owners of Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Southern Massachusetts. Paul actually called their Mr. Rooter Plumbing shop before it was even open, but they took the call anyway, and Jeff was at his house within 15 minutes. After Jeff repaired Paul's toilet at no charge, they had coffee and chatted. Paul refers to Jeff as "a down to earth and amazing business owner". In fact, he was so impressed he called their shop a second time for another repair. Again, they were not open, so Jeff didn't charge Paul for the service work. "They were so good to me," Paul told me. You see, Paul is sight-impaired and in a wheelchair, and what Jeff and Lori did for him was really special, he says. "I've never dealt with a plumbing or service business like this. God put them in my life for a reason." Jeff is more than just the owner of a company Paul used - they are now friends.
