Seems that rescuing animals has become part of our everyday job here at Mr. Rooter Plumbing! Not only have we had our share of saving cats this past year, it's happening in the United Kingdom as well. Members of the Drain Doctor team in Bristol, England, can be added to the list.

After receiving a call from the father of a six-year-old girl whose pet rabbit Minnie had gone missing, the technicians headed out to see if they could help. Not a typical call for a plumber, but we get them none the less.

When the customer explained that the pet rabbit had gone missing after he had put in a soil stack for a new extension the technician put two and two together. Using special equipment Bob Cole undertook a drain survey and discovered the rabbit had gotten in to the stack and become stuck. He was then able to dig up the patio to reach the rabbit, rescue it and then replace the drain and patio. Happy customers all around!
