“We called to have our septic emptied. No one in the home was healthy enough to remove the blackberry bushes and dig up the septic. The gentleman who came to do the work cleared the blackberries and dug up the tank so he could empty it and did it without leaving us a large bill. He was so friendly and appreciated. I am thankful they were the first ones I called and the work was done quickly and made us very happy. Great service and help!”

As part of his testing that all was now well, he identified that the water flow in my house was slow, he found that my cutoff valve at the regulator was not fully open. “I wanted to write to let you know that I am so happy with the service I received from Josh G. Our hot water tank decided to spring a leak and die, and I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing to see if it could be looked at and repaired or replaced. Josh arrived at my house only a couple hours after I called and the tank was not repairable. It was done. I was then stressed because I didn't know how long we would have to be without a hot water tank, but when I asked him, he informed me that he had a new one with him, in the back of his work truck. I was so happy and relieved as he was able to replace the broken one right away! His work was amazing and he was very kind and polite. Having staff like him is a total bonus to any company, because leaving the customers happy, even after having to replace an unexpected breakdown, it a gift to any company and a much appreciated gift to customers. Thank you so much for the amazing work and for getting everything done so very quickly and conveniently! Please let him know that customers do appreciate the hard work he does for his customers.
