“I called Mr. Rooter after experiencing a blockage of my main drain. Time was of the essence as raw sewage was entering my home from the city main. Omid came later than day and opened the blockage quickly despite the fact that the plumbing had been installed incorrectly. He quickly diagnosed a major problem, and scheduled a major job within 2 days. His team carried out the work quickly and effectively, minimizing disruption to the yard and landscaping. He sent me pictures of the job throughout to explain the process and had very good follow up until all loose ends were tied. Incredible job and I would call them again for all plumbing issues.”

“Have you ever had the sewer line into your house back up? It’s terrifying and horrifying and just plain awful. I immediately contacted Mr. Rooter, who sent Patrick out to the house within hours of my call. He got the blockage cleared well enough that I could finally run the water and use the bathroom. A short time later, Omid Azimi, the team supervisor, arrived and set up his subterranean camera and I saw what terrible shape the exterior pipework was in. A LOT of work had to be done to fix the situation – a Service Line Replacement – and in lesser hands, it could have been completely overwhelming, with unexpected delays and roadblocks being par for the course… but Mr. Rooter proved to be head and shoulders above the competition. Less than two days later, a wonderful crew, led by Vasyl, arrived bright and early in the morning and worked tirelessly all day long. They left the site perfectly clean, and were diligent and polite from start to finish. Two days after that, the liner crew arrived to do their part and they were every bit as diligent and polite, every bit as knowledgeable and efficient. But the lion’s share of recognition has to go to Omid, who explained, in painstaking detail, every single step that would be taken and the exact reasons why those steps were necessary. He made himself available at all times and listened carefully to all my concerns, particularly in regards to my beloved garden – which came through it all in tip-top shape. “A big thank you to Mr. Rooter for being able to come out on Sunday evening Jan 15th when Enercare whom I'm paying a monthly fees for repairs couldn't come and de-clog my sink that was clogged up and leaking from the bottom where all the water was just coming through like crazy. Shout out to Sunny, one of the most friendly, knowledgeable and great personality. But the real champ was my plumber a vibrant young lady by the name of Victoria, she knew her stuff, and she did it well. She was clean and tidy up everything when she was finished. “Sewer backup in basement. I called Mr. Rooter (North York). Sunny called back and sent Vlad Kushmarak within the hour. Vlad was extremely knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed that 50 ft of broken/shifted cracked clay and iron pipes needed to be replaced. Vlad returned the next day to begin work and Igor supervised the 5-man highly skilled hard working crew. The team finished a 3-day job in 2-days, while the weather was in our favor. Travis and the rest of the guys spent less than a week replacing our broken clay pipes from the main line all throughout our basement (adding the back water valve). “Called Mr. Rooter for 2 things; running toilet and leak under kitchen sink at the valve. Nasir showed up on time and checked out both of my problems. He discussed my options for both problems and cost. Note: I had the inside of the toilet rebuilt a few years back. As I suspected it was time for a new toilet. Nasir left to pick up a new one, was back in no time, and had it installed and working in what seemed like minutes. The joy of not hearing it run every 15 minutes was a to good to be true. Next onto the problem under the sink - I live in a condo and unfortunately cutting water to the pipes for the kitchen sink involves the building shutting down the water in that entire set of pipes. Nasir came down with me to talk to the property manger to sort out what could be done. I have to say I am so impressed that Nasir came up with a solution that didn't involve the water in that set of pipes being shut down. Nasir was amazing.
