Most leaks aren't visible. They're behind drywall, under slabs, inside ceiling cavities, or buried in the crawl space. Guessing where a leak is by cutting open walls costs time and makes a mess. Our licensed plumbers use a proper diagnostic process before any repair work begins.
Sewer camera inspection locates hidden damage in drain and sewer lines without excavation. We run a waterproof camera down the line to identify cracks, root intrusion, offset joints, and deteriorating pipe sections at the exact location, so repairs are targeted rather than exploratory. For supply line leaks, pressure testing isolates which section of pipe is losing pressure, pointing us to the leak before we open anything up. Acoustic listening equipment can detect water movement inside walls and beneath concrete when the leak is producing sound, but there are no visible signs yet.
Once we find the leak, the repair depends on what we find. A split copper fitting gets cut out and replaced. A failed poly-B connection is replaced with PEX or copper pipe, which is the permanent fix rather than a patch. For sewer line damage, we offer trenchless options where conditions allow, resulting in far less disruption to your yard or landscaping. If a burst pipe has already caused water damage, we document the cause thoroughly because you'll need that detail for your insurance claim.
Every repair starts with an on-site assessment and upfront flat-rate pricing. You see the cost before we start. No overtime charges apply, whether we're there at noon on a Tuesday or 2 AM on a Saturday.
