“We couldn't be more happier with the service we received from Mr. Rooter and from Josh, the plumber that came to our house. We had significant snowfall so he wasn't able to come to the scheduled appointment on Friday but came to our house on Saturday. Not only was he able to quickly diagnose what the issue was, he fixed our plugged drain as well as another tap in our home quickly and easily. We were told by another plumber that both jobs would cost several thousand dollars and require removal of a bathtub, concrete flooring, piping...etc. None of this was required to fix and Josh was done both jobs in an hour. The level of service and professionalism from Mr. Rooter is outstanding and I will absolutely recommend them to everyone I know as I feel Josh went above and beyond in his work. “Yesterday Josh did his second job for us at our property at Cultus Lake. He's very personable and innovative. Mr. Rooter's rates were reasonable. It was challenging as it was a very confined space where a copper pipe had burst and he managed to come up with a creative solution that solved our problem, without cutting into exterior walls as others may have. He also replaced our hot water tank and did a top notch job installing it and ensuring that it will last many years, far better than whomever the installer previous to him was.
