“Mr. Rooter had quite a challenge here. Under cramped conditions in a quarter basement at the end of an aging one and a half story house. My old 22 gallon hot water heater needed replacing. They even went to the trouble of getting a new 22 gallon hot water heater- which are now no longer readily available. It wasn't easy getting the old heater up and disconnected. A Little set of stairs had to be negotiated. Two hours or so - done and then the nice hot water running later.”
