“It started with a minor flood in the bathroom. Upon inspection I thought it would be a quick fix. I thought that a quick trip to the hardware store and a little elbow grease and we would be good. Like many jobs, it turned out to be more than I figured. We tried phoning another service provider but that was just one frustrating experience. When we phoned for service, Mr. Rooter showed up on time and diagnosed the real issue. A new toilet was installed the next day.
