    I cannot say enough to thank them for their excellent service and expertise

    Would not recommend this company. Very expensive. Unfortunately, I got trapped into membership for my first job. Because the first technician was courteous and friendly. I was generally pleased with quality of work but after job was finished I realized that it was extremely expensive just to replace a few feet of cooper with pex. I figured that I would see benefits going forward but boy was I ever wrong.. Had to get them back several more times for similar jobs but things kept getting worse. Along with the continued high prices the quality of service was terrible.Technicians did not come as advertised, very unfriendly and total disrespect for my home. Not even close to trying to cut through the drywall in a half reasonable manner, just ripped apart. Absolutely no cleanup after huge mess was made , which was suppose to be company policy/standard (cleanup). Also, same person just walked through the house with wet footwear on without as much as even asking to cover or remove footwear. Again, this was supposedly company policy. Also, two technicians in a row totally ignored doing a whole bunch of checks which was also a requirement of their job..
    Even though the service desk acknowledged that this was contrary to company policy absolutely no compensation was offered. If the company was genuinely concerned about quality of work and service then to prove to me that they meant business they should have given me full re-imbursement or something close to this. One good technician out of four is very , very bad. I simply could not recommend this particular Mr. Rooter to anyone unless you want to pay extremely high prices for very poor service. This is extremely disappointing since at the outset I thought they were going to be a half decent company with reasonable prices.

    Company is in VERY GOOD hands.
