Osazee was great.  He explained everything he was doing, was very clean (he put on booties when walking inside our house) and had tarps\/towels for the area that he was accessing.  This was important to us because the sewer access was in a room with carpet.  After unclogging the line he checked everything with a camera so we could see how things were in the line as well.
