Local Business Owner Attends International Convention
Vancouver, BC (July 2, 2009) – Canadian franchisees brought home new business ideas after attending the company’s international convention in Las Vegas June 28 through July 2.
During the conference, franchise owners and their teams attended a session on creating outstanding customer service experiences as well as breakout sessions on Internet marketing and ‘Back to the Basics for Success’. They also participated in a panel of pros with their fellow franchisees to share best practices on ‘Maximizing Your Business’.
In between sessions, the franchise owners were able to network with fellow franchise owners across North America, taking home advice and information that’s proving effective at other Mr. Rooter shops. This brainstorming was more important than ever.
This event gave the owners the opportunity to discover new ideas that can help our business during these tough economic times.
Professional speaker and best-selling author Shep Hyken gave the keynote presentation. Author of Moments of Magic, The Loyal Customer and The Cult of the Customer, Hyken spoke about building loyal relationships with customers.
Those in the audience took home tools, ideas and concepts from Hyken’s speech.
